Steamed Eggs...modified

I know...I'm creative. This is yet another modified dish. What is it you may ask? Well, dummy, the title gives it away.

Ingredients:
* my new steaming container and 3 "Eggland's Best Jumbo Cage Free Jumbo A" eggs (just make sure your eggs are big and pregnant)

1) First, crack the eggs and dump the contents into the bowl, like so:

2) Now you have this pretty picture.

3) Now it's fun time. First, whisk the eggs until you get a homogenous yellow color. Then, add chicken soup, water, salt and pepper, and scallions to the dish. Then, whisk it some more.
* looks sooo sexy ;)

4) Now,  place it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then, after those two minutes are up, microwave it again for up to 2 minutes. Pretty simple. Once that's over, then drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.

5) You're done. Here's the final product, along with the rest of my dinner:
* the steamed eggs are at the bottom right. The plate consists of shake and bake drumsticks and steamfresh vegetables!

Delicious!
